Find names in the Address Book

1. Click on Tools and select Address Book.
2. In the Show names from the box, click the address book you want to search for names in.

3. On the Address Book Tools menu, click Find.
4. Select the options you want.

Copy the Global Address List to your computer

1. Click on Tools and point to Synchronize.
2. Click Download Address Book.

Specify the address book to appear fist

1. Click Inbox.

2. Click on Tools and select Services.
3. Click the Addressing tab.
4. In the Show this address list first box, click the address book you want to appear first. If you want a Contacts folder to appear first, you must select the Contacts folder name, not Outlook Address Book.

5. Quit and restart Outlook.
