'Email Address contains a value that is already being used.
This error is caused when you try and add an e-mail address to a user or Group through the provisioning/self-care area. This usually means that the address is already being used on another user/Group.
Normally if this were the case you would be able to remove the address from the other user/Group and assign it elsewhere. However when you do delete an address it does not always update the active directory correctly.
In this case youll need to make sure youve got the e-mail address required and the user/group that it should be attached to. Blueyonder Workwise support will have to delete the address manually so that it can be added to the correct user/group. |
